Sit down in a chair and ensure, that the spine is erect and the back relaxed. Relax the shoulders, throat, neck and head. Tighten the Pc-Muscle for about 3 seconds. This happens if you close the muscles around the anus. If you do it correctly, you get the sensation, that the whole lower pelvis lifts upward. At the same time inhale slowly. As you exhale release the tension in the Pc-Muscle. Repeat this process 10 times and watch the readings on the displays of the PcE-Trainer. If the values change in the direction of more activity (more negative), the energy reaches your brain and your ability to concentrate increases.
Should the values change in the direction towards more positive (smaller negative numbers, or larger positive numbers), then the energy does not reach your brain and your ability to concentrate decreases. If the values change towards passivity (more positive), the reasons could be: - The Pc-Muscle was not tightened at all or not sufficiently
- The Pc-Muscle was properly tightened, but because of energy blockages in the back or spine , the energy could not reach the brain and the full benefit was not realized.
